- Break projects down into small deliverables
- Deliverables include “who does what by when” and how it is communicated to whom
- No bigger than 1w for any deliverables in the plan
- No bigger than 1d for deliverables due in the next week
- Always have at least 2-3 deliverables due in the next 3 business days

- ~90% of deliverables are completed on time (including deliverables assigned to other people)
- Communicate with the relevant parties upon completion of every deliverable
- Inform all stakeholders when you adjust deadlines for deliverables
- Any deliverable whose deadline is adjusted <24hr in advance is considered missed
- Communicate ≥24hr in advance of missing a deliverable OR as soon as you reasonably expect to miss it (whichever is earlier)
- Additional work

- Commit to “reasonable” ad-hoc deliverables when requested
- When committed to ad-hoc deliverables, treat them like project deliverables
- Participate in at least 1-2 interviews per month and at most 1-2 interviews per week
- Submit interview feedback by the end of same business day
